This Privacy Policy explains how LingoTunes ("the App"), operated on behalf of Topics AI, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information. We are committed to processing only the data needed to run the service.

1.1. Account data: Your email address, which is used for passwordless magic-link sign-in and for essential service communications.

1.2. Learning preferences: Your chosen language(s), level, topics, and display preferences (such as theme), so the App can tailor content to you.

1.3. Listening and progress data: Songs you play and complete, listening time, vocabulary encountered, and review history — used to power your stats dashboard and spaced-repetition review queue.

1.4. Diagnostics: Aggregated analytics and crash data about how the App performs, used to fix problems and improve the experience.

2. How We Use Your Data

2.1. We use the data above to operate and personalize the App, maintain your learning progress across devices, secure your account, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
